These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and ALGO MEDIA LLC ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the RevoClub mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.Subscription and Billing
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.Check your device account settings to manage your subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.The Service
RevoClub is a driving companion app that uses your device's GPS and motion sensors to measure speed, distance, and trip telemetry, and lets you compare results with friends through private crews. The App is provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertising.Driver Safety — Important
Do not interact with the App while driving. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and lawfully. You must:Comply with all traffic laws, speed limits, and regulations in your jurisdiction at all times.
Not use the App in any way that distracts you from driving or encourages unsafe, illegal, or reckless behavior, including street racing or exceeding posted speed limits.
Set up the App, view results, and share content only when your vehicle is stationary and parked.
The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. Speed and distance measurements are estimates derived from device sensors and are not certified for legal, regulatory, or commercial use.Account and Identity
No sign up/sign in required. During onboarding, the App creates and stores a basic user profile associated with your Apple account, including your username, so your stats and activity can appear in the app (saved locally in your phone).Acceptable Use
You agree not to:Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Submit a username that is offensive, infringing, deceptive, or that impersonates another person.
Tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where permitted by law.
Falsify, manipulate, or artificially inflate speed, distance, or other telemetry data.
Interfere with the security or integrity of the App or its backend services.
We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion if these rules are broken.Intellectual Property
The App and all of its content — including source code, designs, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to ALGO MEDIA LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it. By using the App, you consent to the practices described there.Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE, OR THAT GPS / SENSOR DATA WILL BE PRECISE.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGO MEDIA LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR DRIVING AND FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES OF USING THE APP WHILE OPERATING A VEHICLE.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALGO MEDIA LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that risks harm to you or others.App Store Terms
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and ALGO MEDIA LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.Contact
